Classroom training methodology

The teaching methodology is based on case studies, role plays, group assignments where participants learn from the instructor and from each other.
Our endeavor is not only help participants pass certification but enable them to build competencies and skills that can be applied at their work place.
The lectures are delivered based on the background, needs and aspirations of the participants to make sure that they meet their needs.
Our classes are highly interactive and based on experiential learning (learning from experience) . How does the new IIBA enhanced competency based examination affect you?

IIBA has introduced the new enhanced certification which is based on defined competencies. You are tested for a certain competency using a scenario, situation or by means  using of a case study. Your earlier cramp courses (where you memorize the terms, the BABOK and the study guide) may no longer work with the new enhanced certification programs. This requires modification in the way Business analyst are trained and how your examination preparation strategy.
This means you need to understand the BABOK in action using real life business examples and context.
