Content Creators

Freshers can also apply.

We are looking for those who have content creation experience. Those who have worked in the online learning industry, journalism, or as bloggers. Exposure to management and technical topics. Able to collect content for a wide variety of sources and create content as per the LOS. Able to create course content for e-learning courses, trainer materials, audio scripts. Exposure to learner management systems would be an advantage.

Role and Responsibilities

• Create content on with given outline under guidance using books, search and inputs from SME on subjects like technology and management.
• Collaborate to create world class e learning contents and templates, interactive learning content fit for global audience under expert subject matter expertise using audio and video content with the help of educational technology tools.
• Ability to shoot educational video content for E learning course and convert them into useful content fit for consumption.
• Create course and teaser videos to be uploaded on the websites and blogs.
• Collaborate with SME to develop content based on outlines and Learning outcome statements.
• Browse through books/journals/ websites/professional journals to identify relevant materials.
• Edit materials for clarity and brevity. Get content vetted by SME before content before production.
• Convert text scripts into audio files.
• Create/ revise course brochures, templates, training materials, forms, newsletters, web banners, posters, infographics and other materials.
• Create update blogs/ Social media posts under supervisor. Create art works suitable for Social media platforms.
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares).
• Researching industry-related topics /Job trends.
• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.
• Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise the company and products
• Revise content as and when required based on participant's feedback.
• Ability to create/ revise and deploy web forms on website and course pages.
• Update company websites / Blogs on a need basis.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English in management and technical areas.
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces.
• Working knowledge of intellectual property laws and best practices related to creative works.
• Time-management skills.
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint presentation and Mac Keynote and able to create good high impact content suitable for learner needs.
• Good expertise in Video /audio editing using latest software's.
• Good expertise in creating engaging content using PowerPoint, keynote or other platforms.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field, MA English, Journalism background preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut)
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
• Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
• Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills.
• Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience.
• Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications.
• Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects.
• Create rough and final cuts.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running.
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
