ECBA PLUS PRACTICUM 

What makes ECBA™+Practicum unique.

• The ECBA™+Practicum is the industry’s first competency-based program with inputs from the industry and designed by IIBA and delivered by select EEP es.
• The course covers areas of strategy, business process, change management and IT implementation.
• The course will cover agile business analysis, business analytics and business architecture.
• The ECBA™+Practicum program is designed to make the entry level business analyst job ready on day 1. The course is carefully designed with real life case studies and lots of hands on practice through classroom and interactive learning and supported by one the most advanced learner management system.
• The courses outline is based on the same as the ECBA™ certification course outline.
• The course covers competencies required for an entry level BA. Participants must complete the activities, assignments and course work within the stipulated time frame during and after the classroom sessions and upload them into the LMS for evaluation by an expert CBAP trainer. The trainer will provide feedback on the assignments.
• SkillCert Consultancy will send a progress report of the specific competencies being meet and IIBA will directly issue the ECBA™+Practicum
• The ECBA™+Practicum will become your passport of being job ready from day 1 endorsed by the global professional body.
• Skillcert Consultancy will conduct ECBA™+Practicum workshops initial in all major cities of India and later through Live virtual classes for global participants.
• The classroom sessions and web-based sessions will be sandwiched to provide enough time for the participants to complete the course.
• The maximum duration of the course shall be 50 hours spread over a period of maximum 6 months. The course is delivered through 32 hours of classroom training and 18 hours of web-based sessions
• SkillCert will provide training on best in class IT tools like diagramming, prototyping, BPM and requirements management tool to help you fast transition into a competent business analyst from day one.

Prerequisites

• You should have passed the ECBA certification before being awarded the ECBA™+Practicum
• You can join for a combined ECBA and ECBA™+Practicum course and complete the ECBA and ECBA™+Practicum certification together. ECBA™+Practicum will be issued only to those who have passed the ECBA certification.
• The course involves classroom and e learning to provide the best of classroom and e learning platforms for course delivery and evaluation.

Terms and conditions

• You should be willing to spend time and effort in participating and completing the case studies, assignments or BA related work products within the specified time.

No refunds will be provided if you leave the course in between or fail to complete the assignments within the stipulated time.
